In this workshop, learn how to move independent parts of the body in a graceful and relaxed way. Explore movements in the hips, belly, chest, shoulders, and head and hands as well as simple footwork. A great workout that’s lots of fun. All levels and abilities are welcome! 11:30-12:45 PM BELLYDANCE WORKSHOP WITH NEFABIT $20 “Turns and Traveling Steps”: REGISTER HERE Led by award-winning bellydancer Nefabit, you’ll learn how to do graceful spins and fun traveling moves for a full-body workout.
